If I could give them zero stars, I would. Working with them was a NIGHTMARE! The original coordinator was wonderful and then I got stuck speaking to some guy named Joe who claimed to be the Director of Operations. He was rude, callous, and sexist. First of all, this company acts a broker and doesn't actually do the move so they are nothing more than a middle man. The "Director of Operations" threatened to cancel my move since I had questions about why the movers weren't showing up until 3:30PM when they were scheduled for 8AM. He hung up on me countless times and would only speak to my husband. He then called the actual moving company and had them remove my items from the truck even though they were ready to go out. The moving company (Energy Movers) was very sweet and their manager tried to work with us but Continental Moving was the broker and therefore owned the relationship. I had to keep calling (and kept being hung up on as the customer) and again, this "Director of Operations" would only speak to my husband. It wasn't until I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau that they finally released my items. We were missing an expensive gaming monitor and half a desk when the items finally arrived but we were just happy to never have to speak to such a despicable company again. Please find ANYONE ELSE to use. They are bound to be better than this nightmare of an organization.
