With these guys the before is totally different experience than the after. .When they are done with a good packing crew and shipping, The warehouse is a junk. Our belonging were exposed to heat and humidity (they claimed a control storage environment) rugs were all covered with mold, electronic devices when malfunctioning (Batteries leak) etc. All of this is NOT covered by their insurance so you are on your own. The offload team jammed a three days job to a one day and disappear. So we ended up unpacking and removing the unpacking material ourselves. Later own dealign with their insurance. You are pretty much holding the short side of the stick. Good luck. Go after a respectful company and it is definitely not this one.

Lazy movers, slow follow-ups, mistakes on importation documents, extra exorbitant fees
