There was so confusion about our original moving date, but Copperstate came through and kept us on the date we wanted. The move went smoothly and was close to the bid. Very nice people working for Copperstate!

Moved about half of our house into storage to do a remodel. Shaun and Dwayne did great job of moving our stuff and protecting it. Very professional!

Comparing Apple to Apples... they are rotten! SORRY I had to use the pun... I had the opportunity to compare 2 different moving companies in one day. We moved our daughter from Flagstaff where she hired Firehouse Moving Co. who gave her one solid price and did an incredible job taking apart her furniture and loading it in less than 2 hours. She gladly tipped the guys. She went with Copperstate Moving in Phoenix because their quote was cheaper in Phoenix. She couldn't have been more wrong. From the moment the young men arrived, they were slow - really slow compared to the service we had received earlier. They constantly tore down the other companies work. We unloaded at a house and a storage unit. They talked us into an extra $50 to unload our 26' U-haul into their truck saying it would save time - HA... It was twice as slow and they only moved about 20% across. We got to the storage unit and things started dragging even more. I finally realized exactly what they were doing - trying to milk my daughter and guilt her for her choices. SO, I finally asked my daughter if she got a firm price, She said no it was $270 and they said they would need 2 hours. I said we are into the 3rd hour - how much extra per hour $130! I called the office to get the $50 taken off since they were into 3 hours and about to go into 4. The office said they would call me back and never did. I finally informed the young men that we would NOT pay another $130 for a 4th hour. It was incredible how fast they started working... at least twice as fast. They could no longer milk my daughter for any more money. As a Father of 2 girls, It disappoints me greatly when companies try to take advantage of a woman. Save your money - save your time and go with a firm price from a reputable mover like Firehouse Moving Co.

We've used this company three times. They also move stuff from one storage unit to another. Top notch, careful, and great all around. Highly recommend!
