Corovan Moving & Storage

Tracey has been a great rep since we began storing our legal files w Corovan in 2009. Dropping off boxes to store is fast and easy. If I need a box pulled same day service they are always accommodating and friendly. Everything is super clean, and in a smoking free zone! Our files are in a completely safe location!

Chris and Dave delivered an adjustable base to my Mattress Firm store today. It was a warranty replacement from Leggette & Platt. They even set it up for me! I have had to set up adjustable bases before and was so excited it was included in the service! They even helped move the old power base to my back room. These guys are doing a wonderful job!!!!!

Unbelievable how they treat a customer. Not only did their transport person Scott refuse to even work with me to get me my product that was already 2 weeks behind schedule but then decided to try and make an example of the fact that I wasn’t settling for waiting another 3 days. He was yelling over me when I said I needed my product faster then laughed in my face when I called him out on him raising his voice and talking over me. All to say “I’m not going to argue with you.” And hung up again and book an appointment for delivery that I did not agree to. I have to call 7 times to finally get someone in management involved. Word to the wise, if Scott is the one who calls you to setup delivery immediately ask for someone else. His rude unprofessionalism would never be tolerated in my business. Save yourself the headache and don’t bother wasting your time and energy on this company.

Shipping a Motorcycle? No complaints here. They came to the house with a custom motorcycle rack. The bike gets strapped right into it and therefore it never has to be touched by human hands until offload at destination. The men who picked up the bike said they are the best motorcycle shippers out there and I believe it. One huge plus is you don't have to turn over the keys. The first shipping company I looked at wanted the keys to my 800cc Ducati. I don't think so.
