Corrigan Moving Systems, Grand Rapids MI

Delivered here this morning. Got unloaded quickly, which is always nice. But once I was empty, I got cussed out by one of their drivers for "bothering" him to help locate my paperwork. I didn't know he wasn't a dock worker, everyone is dressed the same. There clearly needs to be some more organization for check in/check out. I'll never have the chance to find out if they did, because I'll never be back. I've been doing this job a long time, never once been treated like that. Very poor experience.

LaDonna from Corrigan Moving took care of us from start to finish and was very communicative throughout the whole process, even texting me updates during off hours to make sure everything was on track. Our goods and vehicles were delivered within the promised timeframe and in fact, sooner than we expected. Overall, an excellent moving experience and we will use them again when we move to a house in the next couple years.

Corrigan helped us move from Saginaw, MI to Ludington, MI. Due to a miscommunication with another compant, we had to scramble to find someone to move us with only 1-3 days notice and Corrigsn came through! They were in great communication with us all the way through the process from loading our belongings at our storage unit, storing them at their warehouse for 2 days, then driving them to our new location. Unloading was much easier than I expected. The men were all very polite, careful with our things, and worked very hard/efficiently. They put together furniture and were just wonderful. We have just finished unpacking everything into our new home and didn’t find one item to be even slightly damaged which is pretty unbelievable. We would highly recommend this team!
