Great job. Quite reasonable. Purchased a solid mahogany dining room set. They wrapped it carefully and transported it to my dining room. Very professional. Will use again and highly recommended.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. The most unprofessional experience I have dealt with to date. After being told they could schedule me for this afternoon, I became concerned when around 2pm I still hadn’t heard anything. After calling and getting the voicemail, I received a return call where he said he was delayed at another job but should be on the way. Again, I don’t hear anything for a while. He says he should be at my house by 4:30 or 5. Close to 5:30, he’s still not here. I get the impression he never wanted to do my job as it was a move from Tallahassee to Jacksonville, but if that’s the case he just shouldn’t have agreed to take it. When I finally canceled his lack of service, he was rude and kept interrupting me with excuses. He said “I don’t have to explain anything to you”, but I think when a customer expects you to do a service you should do so in a timely fashion, and they do deserve an explanation. I don’t want someone touching my belongings if they can’t even show up for a job.

Me. Crawford and his team are absolutely wonderful! I needed help last minute packing my house full of boxes/furniture onto a truck and he fit me in! Also, they were worried everything wouldn’t fit, but they assured me they would try their best and they surely did a fantastic job. The gentlemen are professional, polite and most importantly friendly. Thank you so much Mr Crawford and team! I’ll be recommending to everyone in Tally:)
