Dave, the manager, did a fantastic job setting me up with my cube. He is professional and has all the answers. The location is very clean and has easy access.

UPDATE - Tyra, who is the social media manager, saw my post. She reached out to me, and listened to my concerns. I explained how I was frustrated because clearly the employee who was working on my account did not understand what was happening. I do not believe he was malicious, but, he did not understand how to do his job (there was an issue with my account and what should have been a simple fix, he made into a much larger production…. And, there was no followup, no urgency to correct the error, etc). She reviewed everything and made sure to follow up, confirm my money had been refunded and she was able to better understand so she can be sure any training opportunities needed could be handled. For this reason, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I can truly say, Tyra was amazing! She was kind, listened, followed through, and changed my experience from a totally negative to much more favorable.

Save yourself the hassle! Go elsewhere! They try to rip you off and then will not help resolve it. They give you the run around and won’t answer the phone and when you call corporate, they say they can’t help. It’s insanity!

Dave was awesome. Super helpful, fast, friendly and informative. The place is brand new so super clean. Fair price for sure.

Great customer service from the phone to the office. David called me once my online registration was complete to welcome me and provide guidance on my seamless move in. Will recommend to all my friends.
