Just called in to get some information about moving expensive. The gentleman that answered the phone was very rude, interrupting me not letting me get a word in. I'm trying to explain to him about the boxes and the furniture I have. Gentleman made accusation about not trying to short change me. explained to him there no need to be disrespectful and rude he hung on me. VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!!!

Horrific experience, I can’t believe the owner is dishonest. I called the owner to set an appointment a week before my move was expected to happen. I informed the owner that I would be relocating from my home to the amazing storage in Shreveport. This was stated in the initial conversation. The mover where unorganized and not able to proper stack my personal items. When we ready to transport my personal item I informed the worker (movers) on the location they were not informed before hand by the own. Once we arrive I was informed that their trailer wasn’t able to fit inside the storage area, because they use the wrong type of uhaul. Which cause the worker and myself to triple work by stacking my personal items on the ground then walk the boxes inside which took additional hours. They were not reasonable they attempted to charge me 754.37 which was ridiculous for an enter city transition. Which the move was only a 6.7 mile distance from my home. I spoke with the owner twice during the moving ordeal once because he didn’t inform the movers that we were going to storage located at the Amazing Storage, secondly was for the price negotiation. Which the owner wasn’t reasonable at all. My move total was unbelievable on top of all that they were very rough housing my personal items my glass was broken, my tv stand was damaged with Scratches and dents. They mishandled my washer and dryer. To end this review I was very unsatisfied but I paid the bill, all in all I will never use this company any future endeavors. Seddricka
