Uncommunicative, unapologetic, rude, Mr. Cummings have an attitude, movers were not careful with belongings, was not honest to original quote Cons: Mr. Cummings arrive extremely early in his own black truck and just parked on the street in front of the house. He did NOT come and knock on the door and let us know the moving truck is coming. With the recent crimes in the neighborhood and being female I did not feel safe. None of the workers introduced themselves including Mr. Cummings. Later found out from the workers that that was the boss. Mr. Cummings then complained and gave me an attitude that there is too much stuff. And exaggerated that I have over a 100 boxes when I did not. I did not have a couch. And I have most of my furnitures static and bubble wrap for the move so they didn’t have to do it. I also move as much stuff in the living room and basement with a ground level entryway to make the move easier for them. I also offered bottle waters and Gatorade as it is summer. Mr. Cummings got fed up for some reason. He was also yelling at someone on the phone. They left without telling me and with a few shelves and boxes left. Luckily we were able to stack it all in my small SUV but I can’t see through my back window not my backseat windows. I have to called Mr. Cummings to confirmed they have left Shreveport and are on their way to Lafayette. So we finished cleaning the house an hour after the movers left and got to Lafayette 3 hours later. The movers were not here. We finished unloading my car. The movers were still not here. We finished eating lunch at a nearby fast food restaurant. The movers were still not here. I have to called Mr. Cummings to ask what is taking so long. They have truck issues on the way to Lafayette that took them an extra 5 hours of the day. If they have managed expectations and was forthcoming I would not have gave them such a bad review. I understand automobile issues happen. Just call and let me know so I know when to expect the movers to arrive. Mr. Cummings with all of his years of experience was not able to anticipate the amount of stuffs I have. He said I lied to him. He did not ask the right questions. He ask how many bedroom. And I said 1. But I also have a living room and a kitchen and I thought that it was common knowledge that I will have that as every house have a kitchen and a living room. I also have a washer and dryer in the basement with more stuff. He could have overcompensated. He quoted me $800-900 when I first called. He then called the day before and increased it to $1100. At the time of payment it was $1438. And he said I should be happy that it’s similar to other quotes I got. He was unapologetic. They also were not careful with my dining table and left big scratch marks. And they somehow cut the tubing of my bike tire air pump. And the wheels on my coffee table are all not usable. Pros: The movers were very fast and quiet with loading and unloading. It only took them an hour and a half for a living room, a bedroom, and a basement with washer and dryer. But I was charged for 4 hours total.

WORST MOVING EPISODE EVER! They say they're packers and brought NO BOXES, TAPE, or ENERGY! Broke legs off furniture, put bed together WRONG & broke ceiling fan in my NEW HOME! My husband & I ended up doing the work THEY WERE OVERPAID to do, because GROWN MEN WHINED the whole time they worked....10 hrs to HALF PACK & move 10 minutes away! Quoted about THREE DIFFERENT prices also. Owner & workers NICE, but horrible service. Do NOT recommend...EVER!
