The only reasons I gave this place two stars was because the actual movers were very nice. I wasn't the happiest that it took an hour to move my refrigerator at $125 per hr. However they did ask questions when they did not understand something and safety was a high priority. They sent out Logan to do my home analysis and he was very friendly. I was disappointed however on how he conveyed the information to the moving crew. Upon arrival to my home, they actually had no idea what they were moving, they weren't able to bring the proper equipment. My beautiful china cabinet was broken in the move. At least half of the items needed to be moved are still sitting I'm the same spot. I can say they did attempt to compensate, they charged me for 3 hours instead of 5. So after the long ordeal, I will still have to hire another moving company.

We are getting ready to move, and as we go through quotes from various movers, I couldn’t help but think about our last move. The work was completed by Daniel’s Moving, and we were extremely happy with the service we received from Jamie’s team. We moved across several states, and there was not a single scratch on any of our items. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Best moving company in town hands down

What a horrible experience. The sales person assured me this was the company to go with. She assured me that they would follow all legalities and that they had a very low claim rate. Their bid was higher than others but I chose this company on the sales person's word. When they got here with my belongings I saw that my antique dining room table looked like it had been rolled on concrete and was all scuffed up. This table has been in my family for over 30 years and passed down to me. They also lost a whole tote worth over $1,000. I followed all procedures as instructed by the sales person and reported immediately my issues. A Vendor was dispersed and he was very rude and would not answer my questions as to what his repair process was. The van line agent called me and quoted me $897 to fix my table. I told them I was not comfortable with the vendor and they had him call me and he again would not answer my questions and was rude. They finally agreed that they could not find my lost tote as well. When I said I would like to settle they cut their claim amount in half. I have been fighting since Sept 5th. Daniels has removed themselves from the situation and actually told me to stop contacting them when they were who I hired. I have settled for half of what the value of my items were because I am tired of the fight. I will not have the full amount to fix my table nor replace the lost items in the tote. I worked hard and the table has sentimental value and can not be replaced. I am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of and do not recommend using them for personal or company use.
