I really wish this site would have let me say zero stars because that's how unhappy I am with this business. First of all I explained THREE times to the three different movers exactly what was to be moved. How hard is it to remember three tall shelves, two beds and four dressers???? They took things that weren't even packed up. Secondly, they left one of the bedrooms in a complete disaster. Stuff thrown everywhere. I would love to post the pictures I took of the room. It is indescribable! Thirdly, the agreed number of guys to come here was three. When they were done and giving the bill, which is a whole other story, I was told it was extra because they called a fourth guy to come move. Why are we being charged for a fourth guy that was not our decision to have???? Totally an unfair business practice. Lastly, the bill. It wasn't communicated that it was C.O.D to us. Then the Office Manager Sue threatened me by saying she was going to call the police! Are u freaking kiddind me??? I was so upset by the end of this ordeal, I was physically sick. So word of warning- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAN'S MOVING AND STORAGE!!!
