Jenny who was our contact person called often from 3 weeks out through the driver pulling out of our driveway. Was so professional and always answered my questions quickly. Our lead mover/driver Felipe and his crew arrived on time and didn’t stop until the truck was loaded. Amazing!! Have moved several times and this has been our best!!

We were moving from Texas to California. Unlike our previous move, this move was not covered by any company relocation program and did not have a central coordinator. We started the process of interviewing movers, establishing a contract, getting ready for move out, move in, and partial unpacking at the destination. We were quite apprehensive of the whole process. Right from being the first moving agent for responding to our request to the time we were finished with the move, Daryl Flood and their team was a pleasure to work with. They were diligent in following through and services were of high quality always oriented toward customer satisfaction. The agent who did the survey for the move was professional and accurate in their assessment compared to the other agents we had invited to bid for the move. The driver who becomes the next most important site coordinator and did a phenomenal job or coordinating with the moving crew and was accurate in giving us dates and time. He made the move less stressful by being very cordial, respectful, and was humorous to help relieve our stress. Stacey (the move coordinator) started my move experience right - she was able to select the date windows that I wanted for both the pack/load and the delivery/unpack. Bill and his team were fantastic on our relocation from Atlanta to Dallas. Bill arrived on time every day. He at his team worked from 8 a.m. to around 4 or 4:45 and didn’t take a lunch. In fact, I never saw any of his team of 5 guys sitting to even rest. They were all impressively strong - one guy literally scaled a ladder while holding a pressed wood countertop height craft table. The “mover guys” on both ends were extremely respectful of our things. Every box was labeled and numbered, every piece of fabric furniture wrapped in blankets and a black “shrink wrap” to protect the fabric. The team unpacked with great care and organized (within reason) while they unpacked. My two year old son’s clothes were placed with care on his empty closet shelves and nothing was just “tossed around.” None of my “high value items” were damaged; only one non-high value item was damaged and they moved approx. 40 custom framed pictures and a whole dining room full of Waterford crystal. Bill and his guys went above and beyond by getting all of my heavy/bulky quilting furniture into a loft at the top of a small, metal, spiral staircase. I highly recommend Daryl Flood.
