My set arrival window was from 8am-10am, they arrived at 11:15am. Immediately, we were told they had to adjust our price by an additional $220 dollars. I told them to disregard the move, their services were no longer needed. After some back and forward they agreed to the original price. Once the move was completed they wanted to add an extra hour, because they said it was 4 hours instead of 3 hours of labor. Absolutely, false. It took the (2) movers 30 minutes to load and the same to off load. The extra time was traffic due to them not being on time in the first place. I have no complaints on the (2) young movers, but I was forced to use their tip money to pay the additional cost. Shame on the management team, in which I spoke to at least (4) different individuals trying to work it out. I can not recommend this company because of their switch and bait tactics.

This company is really good! If I ever have to move again I'll definitely make sure to use their service. Both of my movers were very polite,fast and super efficient they really made sure to take care of my furniture. I tried so many other companies looking for quotes and ran into rude people who were looking to just book a move. Talked to Ronald here not only was he super nice he was straight forward and gave me a price with out all the b.s (really appreciated that) and during the move he had no problem with updating me when I had a question.I could not be any more happier with this company and with this move. They're doing everything right.

Five guys and 2 trucks moved our 4 bedrooms house in a little over 7 hours. Their professionalism and hard work helped reduce a highly stressed situation for our family. We plan to utilize them again for our next move.

My friend recommend me to day and night movers of Chicago , They moved her from Chicago to California. So i decided to give them a try when i called to set up my move i spoke to (Alfredo) he was very patient with me since i didn't know exactly when i was moving , but he always kept in touch with me. Overall my move was a success and i was please with their service.
