This is the worst customer service I have experienced with a moving company. In my contract they were supposed to unpack my things, which they did not do. They showed up AN HOUR after the time window they gave us. They said they would arrange to come back and pick up the debris later since they didn't unpack, but when I called them to arrange it I had to leave messages and didn't get a call back for 6 days. When they finally called back they said they could only pick it up in the morning while I am at work and wouldn't make a pickup after 3:00 pm. Worthless.

I've used this company twice. Both times because they won the bid to move things halfway across the world for the military. When the movers came to pack the goods, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it didn't seem to be the world's most professional team - they ran out of tape (I gave them some packing tape), they didn't have an abundance of boxes, and, overall, their attitude seemed to be one of "I'm doing this because it's my job and I have to". Everything arrived overseas intact and unscathed, so they packed it fine, but I'll admit to being rather nervous, especially about the computer monitor. I'm currently waiting for delivery of the goods. It's 75 minutes after the four hour window for delivery. I called them at seven minutes after the delivery and was told that they couldn't reach the drivers, so they would call me back later. Well, it has been over an hour, and my cell phone has not left my side at all during that time. I called back and the person who answered the phone asked me "Someone from THIS office told you the items would be delivered by 3 today?" "Yes, ma'am". "Okay *sigh* one moment." In theory, the drivers are five minutes away, so they should be here about 90 minutes after the end of the promised window. Better today than another day, because another day would not be possible since four hour windows mean adjusting your entire day around a delivery. The truck arrived 95 minutes after the window. The movers were great - they made sure things were in good shape and brought everything in and did what they could to help with the process. I'm glad to have my stuff, but I was not pleased with how the process went. I do feel like I had to push and pull and prod to get the information I needed about receiving my items today. Would I recommend them? I honestly doubt it. I don't think I would use their services again, especially with the various options that are out there for moving companies. The experiences I had did not impress me too much.
