They damaged my headboard. Not only did it take two chunks out of the headboard and crack the frame but it also hit our metal door and wood trim damaging them as well. This is my fourth time using Delancy and I know things happen. They assured me they would fix my headboard but have ignored four phone calls from me to schedule the repair. I am extremely disappointed. I truly don’t believe they ever intended to fix it. I will not be using this company again.

Delancy Street movers showed up on time, professional and very polite. They were extremely fast and efficient. They took great care to wrap our furniture and move it without damage. When we arrived at new location they promptly covered walls at corner of stairs and wrapped hand rails. Every one of them was nice and a pleasure to be around. Great job and thank you
