Review:

I have used these guys twice. 15 months ago when I moved to Tucson they unloaded my truck then today they moved me from my rental to a new home. They very professional, careful, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Review:

Delivery Doctors really do deliver! They deliver timely, excellent service. I have hired them to move two houses, and several times at my office to move furniture from one place to another throughout the office. Everyone I've recommended them to has been very pleased with their work. The movers are efficient, careful and polite.

Review:

Delivery Doctor Movers damaged my furniture and refuse to be held responsible. They are not professionals, I hired them because I thought they were qualified movers and they would take good care of my stuff. If you want your belongings delivered to your home safely DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! John, the owner himself told me he just didn’t want to cover the damage and that there was nothing I could do about it. He was very rude, and was yelling at me through the phone. He blamed me for the damage, saying I should have been basically babysitting his staff while they were working. The day I moved (5/12/18), two men arrived and started to disassemble my bedroom furniture. Before they started one of them told me they would send an expert to repair any damage that could happen to my belongings (except for TVs). This was a lie they do not take responsibility. When they arrived at my new address they were trying to fit a large couch through a sliding door that was not large enough. They kept forcing it until I asked them to please go around through the main door. I was moving from a 1 bedroom to another 1 bedroom right across the street. They didn’t have a lot of stuff to move just the furniture and a couples boxes; still it took them about 2 hours to finish. One guy was laying on the floor “reassembling” my bedroom furniture, he was there for about one and a half hours, while the other one was unloading the rest of my stuff by himself. Since I believed they were trustworthy, I was unpacking in the kitchen and I was not watching them at all times. They finally finished and after I paid they asked me to sign a contract. One of them said “please sign to confirm we moved the furniture from your old address to your new address” and pointed at the address printed on the top of the page. The address was correct so I signed. Right as soon as they left, I started finding pieces of hardware that belonged to my bedroom furniture and that they had just left out when reassembling. I went to check on the rest of my furniture and found scratches on the dresser and a crack on the mirror frame. I called them right away and they didn’t pick up, they ignored my calls and voice messages. I had to keep calling until they answered. The owner claims his staff is honest and would have let me know if there was damage to my furniture. If they really didn’t damage my furniture and if they were a reputable moving company, they would have followed up with me (the paying customer) and answered my calls. Honestly do not hire them, they’re not worth the feeling of getting being taken advantage of. Had I wanted to damage my belongings I would have done the job myself, I thought I was hiring expert movers. I will post the pictures of the OBVIOUS damage that they refuse to acknowledge. To sum up .. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!
