Diamond Moving & Storage

Very nice movers, unfortunately though they caused a lot of damage to our place. So much that the owner only charged us half. Lowest possible rating because we'd be much better off without having to repair all the damage.

These guys were fast, affordable, and extremely professional. Very happy we used them. They came in and moved all my stuff extremely fast and then came in under budget at the end. Highly recommended.

I moved from a second floor apartment to a one-story ranch fifteen minutes away. From the first call, I had an interesting interaction with the receptionist who was convinced that I would need to pay for at least 8 hours of moving (including travel time from West Seneca to Depew.) She was constantly saying that they 'might not be able to move' everything on my list. I should expect them to 'not be able to finish,' etc. She asked if my husband 'would be willing to move things down the stairs from our second floor to the road' to expedite things. Um, I hate to be a pain, but I am paying you for that? Anyway, they were the only company available the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and ended up finishing their trip/move in under 5 hours so I didn't spend as much as I planned (was around $490-550 with tips,) which was nice. And I got my furniture to my new house before visitors on Thanksgiving, I was really grateful for their availability. They couldn't move my couch because it would not fit comfortably out of the apartment and since we were renting, they could not do it. I had to ask a friend to bring their truck and move the giant couch by ourselves. The movers were a little rough with some of my dressers (somehow in the move got a hole in the bottom of a drawer?) and the employees themselves were rough around the edges. They left moving blankets in my yard. I was appreciative for their time, but I ended up moving smaller stuff by myself due to budget restrictions and in the end I am not sure if I would use them again/recommend.
