I relocated my 6 bedroom home from FL to CA earlier this year. I’ve used very known names in the past and for some reason the price always changed or something was wrong. So I decided to leave my comfort zone and try something different for a change. I was referred to Diamond Van Lines from our family doctor. Scheduled an appointment with the company for a proper estimate and they were understanding, professional, very informative and made every concern super way to understand. Everything I called or emailed someone always answered and handled every phone call the right way as most moving companies do not. It was large and long move of course. Driver kept in touch with my wife and have her updates along the way. They Arrived on time just as promised and the unloading was easier and much quicker than the loading. In and out as they say. It was only fair to have a pizza party with the guys. If I can give 6 stars I would. Thank you very much DVL

Used Diamond Van Lines moving services back in November 2020. They moved my 5 BR home from LA to NY, I was completely satisfied with the crew, the service the professionalism, all as promised! absolutely glad and grateful I choose Diamond Van Lines. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

It’s the first time I’m writing a bad review, but I want everyone to know about my experience with diamond van lines delivery men Solomon Ben-Amoz and Calvin in Orlando, Fl. They delivered my mother in law’s stuff from San Francisco to Orlando. Upon arriving to SmartCube storage facility, they told me their truck is too big to get to my unit and they will charge me 200$ to bring it by hand from the truck to my unit. I told them I don’t have 200$ and went to talk to the storage manager. She told them it’s not the first time big trucks get on their property and offered to direct their truck to the unit. They refused. I had to purchase second storage unit so that it’s “convenient” for them to unload the boxes there. After they told me I need to pay 658$ CASH balance, I told them I need to verify with my mother in law since she’s the one who hired them. They threatened me to charge 100$/hr for waiting while I was trying to get a hold of her. And if I don’t pay, they will put her stuff in their storage and charge me double for Storage and redelivery. I confirmed the balance with my mother in law and when I came back from the bank with cash, Solomon told me I need to pay before they even finished unloading everything and that I “need to have faith in people”. Throughout the whole time, Solomon was extremely rude and talked to me like I work for him. Even the storage manager said she’s never seen delivery company being so rude to a customer. If you don’t want to be talked down to, don’t hire them.

I recently moved from Georgia, and was very picky who to use. I called This carrier and rest assure spoke with Michael. Their rate was very affordable for me and I decided to go with this wonderful company. Marty & Steven & David showed up as was promised, And gave the quality service I was promised. I moved to Delray Beach. Punctuality spot on. These same people will be moving my daughter from Jacksonville to Delray. Thank you all for giving us a peace of mind And great move.
