Highly recommend these movers. They were on-time, professional, and pleasant. They were exceedingly careful with all of our things. Despite moving an old family heirloom hutch and heavy furniture as well as a huge number of boxes, we didn’t find any scratches or damage to our furniture or our walls. They protected our carpet as well. They were fast and came in under their quoted time and price. So happy we decided to use them!
This company damaged furniture and did nothing to rectify the situation. The movers start off very polite, "yes ma'am", but when they become unhappy for whatever reason, f-bombs were dropped as they become belligerent.
People please go to this company if you want the moving services. They are perfect in their work. I bet nobody can beat them. They get 110 out of 100. Flawless. Amazing work. Before time.
We have used Dibble in the past, and they were affordable and did a good job. Let me preface this review with, I have an understanding on when you move an entire house there are things that are bound to get damaged and/or a nick here or there... What you don't expect is 20-30 things completely broken, hardware lost, boxes crushed, and zero disregard for your things to occur. This past move unfortunately, was terrible (11/1/19). They CRUSHED so many things by putting light boxes on the bottom with heavy boxes on the top. (I suspect this happened during the unload of truck to the new house). They put things EVERYWHERE. Things marked (Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom 1, 2, etc..) ended up in the garage at the bottom of piles. Multiple lamps broken, boxes opened, and things moved around are just some of the issues on this move. They came out and quoted our move for "2 trucks, 10 wardrobe boxes and 5 movers". On moving day they brought 1 full size truck and a 1/2 truck I'm guessing a 12' footer. Obviously, they missed their quote as they only had room on the trucks for 1 wardrobe box, and multiple things weren't able to make the move. Leaving us the day of deciding on what "had to" get to the new house. On the original moving day, a couple of the workers got into an argument, and one of the movers stomped off literally throwing a fit. Afterwards, as he was carrying his next couple items, he hit walls putting dents & gouges in the walls, because he wasn't paying attention. He was pouting due to being told to carry something a different way. NOTE: They did come back the following week to move the additional items at no charge (different workers than the first move). This was fine, except the fact we still tipped the movers... AGAIN. Now that we have all our items, we are finally seeing the destruction to our items from this move. We should have absolutely done this ourselves.... We paid them $1900+ not including tips, to unfortunately find so many things damaged and/or destroyed. One of our bed frames that was disassembled has ZERO hardware anywhere to be found. Good luck finding new hardware to these bed frames that are 9yrs old. A huge plastic tote that had fragile Christmas ornaments and decorations is completely crushed and broken. A family wreath we had in our family for over 40yrs was totally destroyed at the bottom of a heap of boxes. At the end of our move day, the foreman of the group kept asking me, "How did we do for you? Did we do okay for you?" I had a strange feeling because he knew we were upset because so many of our things didn't fit on the truck. However, he kept asking me, multiple times. Now that we have unpacked some of our things, I think he was asking me because he knew they weren't good. And, now that I've seen our things I can answer with... These guys were absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I hate to say this about any company, but wow, this experience was a bad one.
