Was completely LIED TO by salesman STEVE HOOK! Booked interstate move and promised a direct move. Didn’t happen. Picked up very valuable items off loaded at their ware house and will be loaded on other truck. Don’t trust them!

This was the best moving experience we have ever had and we have moved multiple times with other carriers! The Mayflower drivers Gary and Donna were the most conscientious, caring and personable. They made us feel like family! No detail was too large or too small. In addition, Marcy Ehrlich, National Account Coordinator in Phoenix planned our entire move step by step and she was meticulous about every detail and checked in with us at every step of the way to see if we had any questions or concerns. Thank you to all at Mayflower and Dircks that helped us move cross-country!!!!!!
