Dodge Moving & Storage

Moved with Dodge Moving & Storage this week into a brand new house we built. Dodge was 2 hours late, tried to claim we scheduled that time when we did not. Dodge employees scuffer up our entrance from the garage to the house and 2 walls pretty badly. Unacceptable. They kept a package of our water when it was broken upon moving and my wife clearly in a joking manner said "oh you can keep it." Additionally, we tipped these guys as a good gesture before hand but they still were not careful without newly built house. Not to mention we were charged for time that the movers were done moving, but filling out paperwork (15 minutes). Unacceptable.

Both the movers were beyond courteous, prompt and respected your loved ones valuables. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a mover in the area.

Worst company to EVER work for! The do nothing for their workers especially is this hard time with the COVID 19!!! They give them 30 hours or less a week just to keep them working. No raises or no bonuses for putting themselves at rise. I urge EVERYONE to never work for or use this company!! Really shows how they feel about their workers

Was a great move for us having exceptional men from your company do the job. They were professional, very thoughtful of the other people around which were many. Would highly recommend your company and the crew.

Miscommunication within your system. Kim set up move for 9 a.m. When Nancy called, she wanted to schedule at 3 p.m. She checked with KImmie and called me back confirming the 9 a.m. 3/30/2020 time. When I got to Extra Storage, no one was there; om a short while, truck showed up. The men said they had been there at 8:30 a.m. and I wasn't there. I told them, it wasn't their fault but I had been told that they would arrive at 9 a.m., so I hope I am not charged for their early arrival. Stacy and Pierre were extremely polite and very efficient. A mirror was broken on the dresser; they told me it had not been wrapped correctly when I moved my things into Extra Storage last 7/3/2019. Overall, I was pleased with their services.
