They were prompt at each step of our move. Mark kept us informed throughout the process. We were pleased with the professionalism with all of the workers we had the pleasure of meeting.

This is a great company unless you have any type of problem. There were no problems with the movers, driver, packing or unloading. The problem came about a few months later when I looked for some of my items and realized they were missing. My deceased husband's jewelry box with many sentimental items in it along with other things were no where to be found. I called the company and the owner was immediately defensive saying they were not responsible for items I had packed myself. I was very well aware of that stipulation but I was not complaining about BROKEN items. I was complaining about MISSING items-very different. I know they were packed because I specifically saw them load a rug that was missing. Someone whose items were on the truck with mine must have ended up with my things. Had I received items that did not belong to me I would have immediately called the company. Guess other people do not feel the same way. I was told he would send me a form to fill out which I never got. I emailed him and told him I never got the form. Said he would send it to me again. DID NOT!!!!!! VERY Disappointed in this company and the owners attitude.

Had a bad experience with this company moving from Redding, CA to North Carolina. I noticed a lot of my belongings were damaged or gone missing after I payed extra for insurance too. I won’t recommend this company to anyone who will be traveling across country.

They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. Easy to work with.
