I recently bought a house and hired them to fix my foundation and install a vapor barrier in the crawl space. The foundation fixing went fine but the vapor barrier install went poorly. All debris was supposed to have been removed from the crawl space prior to the vapor barrier install. Only a small portion of the debris was removed. Also, the vapor barrier seams were supposed to be taped off. No seams were taped. On top of this the crew damaged piping in the crawl space and attempted to fix it on their own. There were still multiple leaks in the crawl space after they left. I had water pressure issues as well. Don Kennedy said they would hire someone to fix the plumbing, but after days of not hearing back and barely being able to use the shower, I hired someone to fix it on my own. This cost over $300. The general manager at Don Kennedy said that if I sent over an invoice I would be reimbursed. It has been weeks and when I call to follow up, they now hang up on me. Very unprofessional service and I would not hire them.

Don Kennedy was extremely rude when issues came up and did a very poor job in communicating with me. For the amount of money you are paying a foundation company, you expect great service and these guys will not deliver.

I had the best experience with Kennedy and Sons. I purchased a rental house with horrible sagging floors and they were able to raise all of the floors to where they were originally.. On top of that, they guaranteed the work to keep my floors level from settling for 25 YEARS!!! They kept in contact with me the entire time. I will only use Kennedy and Sons in the future. They are very honest and they care about customer satisfaction. Prior to hiring them, I had a horrible experience with AFS. Kennedy and Sons came to my rescue!!

Excellent job, they repaired foundation issues that I was having and installed lintel lift to raise lintel and fix the brick issue I was having over garage door. Showed up early and worked extremely hard . Highly Recommend.

I had another foundation company come and worked in my basement. Afterwards I started having moisture and efflorescence appear on the floor. I need another opinion and advice so I called Don Kennedy and Sons. They were great to work with and very knowledgeable. Gave me several recommendations and even looked outside the house and found several areas of concern that I did not know. Thanks so much
