Kennedy and Sons performed foundation work on my home 15 years ago and did a terrific job. In the process of selling my home the inspector recommended an analysis by a structural engineer. I called Kennedy and Sons and, at no charge and within 48 hours, they sent Grant Collins to assess my home. Grant was very professional, courteous and clearly competent. I highly recommend Grant and Kennedy and Sons for this type of work. They are very good to work with and they stand by their work (even when 15 years have elapsed!).

My wife and I called Kennedy and Sons because our brick home in Southeast Huntsville, AL had some serious foundation settling issues (more than 3" low at the worst corner). And, 14 rows of cracked brick above the garage door had caused the lintel to sag badly. Clearly, structural integrity above the garage door was a real concern. Jeff Kennedy came out to our home on multiple occasions (at no cost) to evaluate the project and "bent over backwards" to work with us on job scope and pricing. At Jeff's recommendation, my wife and I decided on Kennedy and Sons patented "Lintel Lift" system to raise and repair our sagging garage door lintel, and 6 separate "push piers" to stabilize and raise our sinking garage. WE COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. And coming from me, a highly detail-oriented mechanical engineer, that opinion should mean something. Kennedy and Sons are absolute professionals. Our work crew, Eric and Lino, are two of the hardest-working individuals that I've ever met, and their foreman, Omar, was great. Their combined trade-knowledge, conscientiousness, work-ethic, professionalism and patience are unparalleled, especially given the unique challenges associated with our project (many layers of limestone strata interspersed with dense yellow clay soil, which meant hand digging all holes).
