I regret not seeing these reviews before scheduling a move with Don's. This is not a professional moving company. Have you heard of two men and a truck? With Don's it's more like two ex-cons and a hoopty. My move was a bad experience from start to finish. The moving crew didn't arrive on time. They manhandled my belongings including breaking a dining room chair and scratching several other items. They took twice as long to load and unload the same size truck as it took me to do it by myself on my last move. How is that possible? They aren't even cheap. They charge as much as a professional mover. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They are the type of mover that you hear about but may not believe actually exists. Believe me they exist. Do yourself a favor. Don't wait until the last minute. Plan out your move and hire a reputable mover. Stay away from Don's.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My mother scheduled them on Saturday. They were to arrive at 9 am. At 9:30 when they still had not shown up, she called and left a message. At 10 when she hadn't heard back she called again - and their voice mail was full. At 10:30 she drove down there to see if anyone was around. Everything was closed up. As she was leaving, a pick-up truck pulled in. She spoke to the woman driving who claimed to be the owner's mother. Told her what was going on and she said she would try to get it taken care of. Here we are Monday morning, and my mother still hasn't heard from anyone. She hired the movers I hired. A national company for less $$. They're already at her home loading the truck.
