I recently just moved from a small ground level apartment to a loft apartment. The stairs in the new apartment were extremely steep and I don't know that I would have been able to move alone, as I am 5'1 120 pounds. The movers (Christian, Snoop, Shawn, Rock) were extremely efficient and professional. The entire move was completed in an hour and a half - extremely impressive!! Will definitely be using their services again.

We had a very favorable experience with Don’s Moving and Storage. A highly experienced crew of Christian, Snoop, Shawn and Rocky came on time, ready to work. They were very organized as they took our furniture from our old house to our new house. They finished the job with no damage to our items. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a moving company.

From the beginning to the end Don’s Moving and Storage, Inc. completed our move from Eagle Bridge, NY to Higganum, CT with professionalism, efficiency, and fantastic customer service. When booking Don’s, Glen and Tony were easy to work with and very helpful in determining an accurate quote. During this entire move Tony and Glen were very attentive to all my concerns. On the day of our pickup in Eagle Bridge, Scott, Rocky, and Cheese were the movers that came. My husband indicated this group of gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure everything were packed efficiently into the truck and nothing was left behind. My husband truly enjoyed the friendly banter that progressed during the pickup. Drop off was the next day in Higganum CT. We were so pleased that Rocky and Cheese were assigned to this part of the job. We also got to meet an additional member of the Don’s company with Christian. It was reassuring to see that all men had masks and wore them at all times. The efficiency Don’s showed with pickup was demonstrated again with drop off. I very much appreciate that the drop off team asked me were every piece of furniture or box should go. The team from Don’s Moving and Storage treats the customer with respect and the proof is that I changed my mind on the placement of one piece of (heavy) furniture and indicated I would move it myself later. The drop off team Indicated they would happily move it for me. Changing my mind on placement was not an issue. Customer satisfaction is their main objective. Moving can be a very stressful time. But with Don’s Moving and Storage, moving from point a to point b was a very relaxing experience. Our move was in very capable hands.

I would hire Don's movers again in a heartbeat. They called the day before to let me know they would be there around 8:30. I was thinking "ok sure". They arrived at 8:32!! The guys that they sent over were so polite, fun, professional, good natured, my mom wanted to hire them again the next day just to hang out! Matt, Christian, and Snoop made our 2 family move SO easy, and they even moved the world's heaviest entertainment center UP a flight of curved stairs! Absolutely nothing was damaged in the move. On top of all that they came in just under estimated price and finished a half hour early! Excellent all the way around.

Christian, Joe, and Tony from Don’s Moving helped me with my move to my new apartment, and I could not be happier with the service they provided. They were so easy to work with...everything from scheduling to payment was so easy! All of my furniture was well taken care of and they moved everything faster than I expected. I would definitely ask for this crew by name if I had to use their services again. Thank you Don’s Moving for making a stressful time so much easier!
