I have moved many times in the last several years, and each time have had terrible experiences with moving companies. Until today. I hired Black Diamond Moving & Storage for a small move (almost harder to get good service than big moves). The customer service from the time I called to inquire about the move until I signed the final paperwork has been exceptional. Booking was quick and easy and communication from the company was fantastic. The movers showed up exactly on time, were prompt, friendly, efficient and such a nice group of men. They worked quickly and safely to complete my move in a reasonable time. I can't say enough nice things about this company.
