Five Star Moving did an excellent job moving large oversized boxes into my new construction commercial building. They arrived on time and ready to perform work immediately upon arrival. They were careful and conscientious of the new floors and freshly painted walls inside as they performed their work. All boxes were placed and stacked neatly exactly where I had requested. We have used 5 Star Moving two times recently and once several years ago. We would never think of using anyone else. Jody Dowdy and his crew have delivered top notch service each time. We used them to move our entire household several years back and it went without a hitch. We recently used them to load our household contents into storage pods while having renovations done. They returned after the work was completed and brought everything back in. Their crews are experienced and courteous, give Jody a call for any of your moving and storage needs.

All of the team members who helped move our house were very professional and punctual. They were very careful with our items and took time to help move, rearrange furniture. I would definitely work with them again, highly recommended!

Movers showed up 2 hours late, but tried to charge us for the time they missed. 6 broken pots, damaged washer and dryer, multiple pieces of broken glass, broken desks, broken kitchen table, and this is just scratching the surface. To make it worse, they told me to send pictures 4 times, they gave me 3 different email addresses, all to try and avoid any blame. They ultimately said it's not their issue so good luck dealing with it. You'd probably have a more successful move hiring an entire herd of buffalo and strapping your belongings to their backs. I'd NEVER consider using them again.

Amazing guys and the price is done by the hour, not by weight. My whole move too just shy of 3 hours including a piano. Under $400. Thanks FIVE STAR MOVING
