Dugan Moving LLC

The guys from Dugan moving and the owner are amazing! After having another company not show up the day of I called around frantically before finding them. They showed up when they said they would and even called me prior to give me an arrival status. All 3 guys (Ben, Josh, Brian) were super nice and always had a smile on their face despite the hurricane amount of rain and humidity. Upon delivering the items they were diligent about not getting our possessions wet and ensured they didn't. They were also very courteous about our new floors and took strides to ensure they were not messed up by the rain.

This company moved me from Red Oak, Texas to Temple, Texas and the results were nothing short of a nightmare. They busted my 60" television and scratched multiple pieces of furniture. The company agreed to reimburse me from the drivers/movers earnings and to date I have not seen a dime. These people have no character and their word is no good.

This company did a fantastic job for me. They arrived on time and the 3 guys (Kenny, Chance and Daniel) were very professional and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I have moved several times and this was by far the best experience. Keep up the great work Dugan Moving. I would gladly refer this company to anyone and would use again when the time comes.
