We hired Duncan Moving to unload a 26 ft U-Haul for our move. They arrived promptly and began unloading the truck. The two gentlemen unloading the truck were always polite and well-mannered. They were careful with everything and made sure that everything went in the correct room. Thank you, Duncan Moving! We would happily recommend your company to anyone!!

Worst moving experience ever!!!! Missouri residents, don't let Duncan steal your money. He will start by charging you 120$ for "expenses" which is supposed to mean gas and whatnot, that is a lie. He will make you sign a document that says he is not responsible if he breaks anything, WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ken Duncan called me to tell me he was going to be late by one hour, no compensation offered for wasting my time. The movers were grossly uncareful with my property which they threw in the back of a rented UHAL van.I told them to be careful with my bed frame, they scratched it by throwing it in the van and broke several other items. When confronted, Ken called my attention to the agreement in which he is only responsible to replace 60cents per pound. He refused to compensate for breaking my stuff and then stopped returning my calls and emails. Don't be the next victim, do not use Duncan Movers.
