The team of movers was incredibly efficient, pleasant, friendly, and asked questions when they needed to. Much pleasanter than my last moving experience.

They arrived a few minutes early. The gentlemen that came were extremely nice to the elderly women they were moving, going out of their way to make sure cold air didn’t come in on her, helping her out of the car at the assisted living facility, and checking to make sure she knew they were there to please her.

Moving Cross Country from VA to AZ and the experience so far has been amazing!! Allied Driver Lionel met local moving crew at our house for first stop to pickup and load! After a very long day for all, they arrived bright and early the next morning at our second stop, the Storage Unit. They were ALL prompt, professional and extremely careful with our belongings. Allied pricing was very competitive with other major moving companies. Our Dunmar Account Executive Emily was very professional, responsive and amazingly accurate with her weight estimate, (within 200 Pounds on a 15k total load)!! Becky our Dunmar Move Coordinator has been very responsive and kept us informed throughout the process. Both Becky and Emily have provided outstanding customer service!! I have Lionel’s cell and am keeping in touch with him as we drive West to meet him at our new home within a week for our belongings to be delivered! I highly recommend Dunmar/Allied Moving for any of your moving needs!!

If I could give them a negative number I would. My husband and I recently moved and they lost some of our stuff. Most of it wasn’t too bad except, they lost my dead mothers things, and these are the only things I have to remember her by. I have called them multiple times but they somehow cannot seems to find it. They keep saying they have to email people and that they will call me back, not once have they called me back. I will now have nothing of my mothers to remember her by. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR SUGGEST IT TO ANYBODY. They are so inconsiderate and just genuinely do not care about the people they help move.
