Outstanding moving company!

Everyone at Dunmar was excellent! Page was kind and honest. Cesil and the other moving guy did a wonderful job and took great care with my furniture. The entire moving experience was less stressful than anticipated because of Dunmar.

Movers were friendly, professional, and took great care of our household things during interstate move. Were timely and efficient on both ends and driver and coordinator kept us updated throughout process. Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend.

As the individual who paid for Elizabeth's move, I would like to add a few things. First, the original saleswoman was very responsive despite the increase of $1K in cost when our decision had to be delayed. Second, I was charged twice for the deposit, but the office administrators did apologize and made sure it was posted properly. Next, I paid the remainder 1 week early. When the gentlemen arrived to pack, they were knowledgeable, gentlemen and caring! The problems arose in the delivery. Communication was less than stellar. Repeated emails to one of the office administrators to obtain knowledge were never returned. The driver never once mentioned a breakdown, which is interesting. The gentlemen who unloaded were also professional and caring. I have moved many times but this is a first for problems with the actual delivery. My three stars average to 5 stars for the movers, 0 stars for the communication of the delivery. 8/30 = I would like to add that the $50 was denied because of a clause that a broken down truck is an exception. This is the second person who told us it was available, but the denial was very swift. I appreciate those who were caring, but wish that the "office" personnel were more in sync.

If you like being taken for a ride after you've paid your bill, then this is the company for you! My family and I were lied to on more than one occasion, and I have the emails to prove it. I'm sure the Better Business Bureau will need them and they've been nothing but kind and understanding so far about my situation. My items were delivered later than the promised delivery window with the excuse of the truck breaking down, which the delivery driver never mentioned. To add insult to injury, we were promised a refund for the late delivery that was later denied. You people are truly awful and I don't recommend you to anyone. ADDITION: That $50 was already denied once so I'm not hopeful about receiving it this time. You all are truly terrible.
