Dunn Rite Moving And Storage Inc

I hired Dunn Rite Moving and Storage to pack, move and store my home furnishings. When I wanted to get something out of my storage units I found out that Dunn Rite contracts with Simply Storage. Simply Storage advised me that Dunn Rite was delinquent on their payment for my units. I told Simply Storage that I paid Dunn Rite for October, November and December. Simply Storage said they never received that money. Now my items could be auctioned off. DO NOT USE Dunn Rite Moving and Storage!!!!!

This company is beyond unprofessional. 2 weeks ago I hired the movers to move me 32 min away. They took an hour and a half to get 30 min away. Broke my bed, scratched up all the walls in my new house, And took my money. I've called then every day for the past 2 weeks and every day say "we will call you tomorrow" with no call back tomorrow. I finally got a hold of someone today and they offered to give me $40 back off of the $300 I had given them. I tried to dispute this and was hung up on. Do not use this moving company, they are very unprofessional and their customer service is absolute trash. I'm currently filing a complaint with the better business bureau. And still have yet to hear anything back from these hillbillies.
