Movers were courteous, professional and very efficient.

The driver Larry Dale was great but everything else about this business is not. International move to the Durango area......items shipped in a standard seagoing container but Durango transfer then said their insurance does not allow them to deliver items in someone else's container, so offloaded into storage until they could deliver and reloaded into one of their trucks.....an extra $1700 charged for this unanticipated and unneccesary procedure and one box lost. Beware unless you have extra deep pockets as I think they look for extra charges......

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my 16 yrs of furniture moves. The owner Jeanie is aggressive and a liar and trains her staff to behave just as she does. They don’t guarantee their work and don’t honor contracts. Please everyone BEWARE!!!
