E-Z Local Moving

There were 3 movers that were excellent, they were careful with our stuff and were very respectful, they were Hispanics. Only thing that was very unprofessional was the old man and Cathy which I think they’re the driver & owner. After us paying $600 they charged are card another 400 to “keep” just Incase they took longer to love our stuff, they were already unloading are stuff & said it was going to take 2 hours to do, he was telling the workers to take their time so they could charge us more. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT COME HERE

When my husband or I weren’t in the room with the movers, they had “sticky” fingers. The movers stole several diamond necklaces from my jewelry armoire and stole a camera from our office. We called them and the owner said “I’m sorry...... you should file a police report”. This company employs THIEVES! Do not use them!

We used E-Z Local movers on 12-13-19. In the process I watched one of them break the mirror on the door of the MBR closet. They denied liability. My business computer, bag, hot spot and other materials was on the counter when they arrived. Before they were fnished I noticed it was gone. They tried to say it was packed in a box. I reported both to the supervisor. I called the owner Kathy. The supervisor stated there were "too many people in the apartment, good luck with that." I pointed out that except for my family all of the people (8) were his. Kathy at first claimed she only had 4 then later admitted to 8.She and I agreed that I would give them the benefit of the doubt and open the boxes at the other end. I did. No computer. She then stated "if it was gone at the move then why did you wait to report it?" I reminded her that she wanted me to check the boxes first. I asked for a claim for. She refused saying she is going to reject the claim as she is not responsible except for furniture damage while moving. Nothing else. I file a police report and informed her. She then (after claiming that she was not responsible) produced a string of texts between her and "Obi" a name I remember from the move. She now claimed that they suspected him all along. Obviously not coinciding with the rest of what she stated earlier. In a string of texts (she claims to be out of the office) She gave every excuse she could come up with to try to duck their liability. At this point she will not even send a claim form. I am amending the police report and looking into legal action Be Ware!

We engaged E-Z Moving to move offices for my company. In the process, they literally drilled twenty holes through the top of our mahogany conference table- completely destroying it. Despite my prior requests, they also dragged furniture and did not using any moving blankets- in the process deeply scratching up our new wood floor in several places. It was a complete disaster. While acknowledging the damage, they offered up $180.00 for the damage (only covering a fraction of the cost of the move) and no apology. There is absolutely no reason for this company to be in business or to use their services.

Damaged all of my furniture. DO NOT USE! KATHY OWENS IS A SCAM ARTIST.... As you can see she wrote a fake review below under her own name!
