I was going to give a much higher rating for their fast response times and friendly demeanor, overall, and I called at 7am on Sunday and they were available by 11am. But they damaged a $6500 Young Chang Piano and blocked my calls when I tried to file a claim with their insurance for the damages done to have it repaired. They came ill prepared to lift it, claiming I did not tell them it was upstairs. I told them twice, Kathy even called to confirm with me it was upstairs. I think they hire day labor guys and the 2 supervisors do not even give guidance on how to handle people’s delicate furniture. They supervise, that is it. I had to give the 4/5 guys instructions, finally, because the guys were totally incompetent, uniformed, and weak. My husband and another gentleman unloaded it much better than they loaded it once we arrived at the final destination, without a lifting strap. I paid $400 for an hours worth of work, claiming a two hour minimum.

Horrible! Damaged all of my furniture. Dropped my dresser, damaged all of my walls. The movers showed up drunk or on drugs. They were dragging my brand new 3,500 dollar treadmill across the concrete and ripped out the wires. Let my couch corners get ripped. My brand new table that still has the tag on it was punctured. The chair has a giant scratch. Damaged my 7,000 dollar bed suite. Scuffed up my makeup vanity and broke the back cover. Ripped my theater room chairs. This simply is TRUE I have over 20 pictures to prove it and will be making a claim. I called and told you over the phone after you charged my card 1200 dollars instead of 600.00 They sent a claim back stating that they deny any claims! I will be hiring an attorney. It's a scam they deny all claims in hopes you don't meet the deadline to turn into the DMV Also rate them a zero on uhaul and they will remove them from their recommendation list.
