They left things even after I walked them through and showed them which items to take. They did damage to rental property. They went through drive thru for food while charging per hour, taking about 45 minutes to stop and came in for break to eat, and still charged for the time. I offered 1100 in cash and the man in charge agreed and the owner said “He did me a favor.”

They were completely unprofessional. The movers after making a trip move into 2 trips, broke a brand new dresser. After promising to fix, refused to do so stating that it looked like it had been broken before. Their clothing was left at house, and they left grill at old place. I will never use or recommend to anyon

My household was stored with these people as part of a Military move. Rather than store everything properly they stored it in a rented trailer. The trailer leaked and everything was wet. I now have a garage full of moldy boxes and furniture that was destroyed by water damage. Thousands of dollars worth of items and years of accumulated possessions are ruined because of their incompetence and outright GREED. Use this company at your own risk.

Sat outside a storage building for over two hours waiting on them to show up. I called and left messages, but they never responded. I finally had to contact another moving company to reschedule for the following week. The very least they could've done was to call me and let me know they weren't coming. Will never use this company again!

Split my move in half and used them both halves. First half broke the leg off my entertainment center but they repaired it and anyone can make a mistake. Right? Second half dropped my washer and broke the glass front so no longer usable and can’t be fixed. Two and a half months later and weekly calls or texts still no reimbursement. Paid for insurance for the move so no reason not to pay me for damage. Don’t use them unless you can afford the loss! Guess it’s time for an attorney.
