I had East Coast Van Lines move furniture from my recently-deceased parents home to Colorado. Irreplaceable antique furniture trashed with pieces of wood broken off of them and cracks. Corners broken off on a chest of drawers, pictures broken. It is hard to believe that the company advertises themselves as professional movers. The worst customer service I have ever received.

From start to finish I had an awesome experience with East Coast Van Lines. We had timely and accurate communication with the team before and during the move. The moving staff put in an extremely long day. When they arrived at the site, the staff’s attitudes were upbeat and friendly. They helped us rearrange some items that we had put in storage on top of all the work they did taking the boxes and furniture out of the storage .They were hard working and very professional the whole time.
