We started researching moving companies for our upcoming move and contacted a major moving company that had high ratings only to find out they did not service the area we were moving from, and I then remembered I had received a postcard from a moving company out of Portland in my mailbox in Astoria. Great marketing East Van and Storage & Mayflower! I looked them up and all I could find was great reviews! So I called them up! I was put in touch with Ryan Kruse and what a breath of fresh air to deal with someone with such professionalism and character. Ryan excels at customer service in every aspect. He made the planning of our move to the initiation of it a seamless process. We had challenges with the weather and he was flexible on changing our moving dates. We could not of been more pleased with Ryan and his professionalism. When it came to moving day and the crew arrived from Mayflower the professionalism continued. Andrew was the lead with the crew and he and his guys were courteous and easy to be around. They took great care to not damage our home during packing and moving of our household goods. We are a military family that has moved many times in our 21 year career and have to say this was one of the best moves we have experienced and would like to thank Eastside Van and Storage for making this move as painless as moving can be.

Tyson & Kelly are an amazing team. Fun, friendly, and fast service unloading us from a cross-country move. These guys deserve a raise. If you need movers, this is the place to use.

WOW! Thanks for the positive moving experience from Portland Oregon to Aurora CO. Your packers were outstanding and your driver and his helpers were over the top with their cooperation and skills. Moving into a 4 story building with a small elevator did not stop their doing the best possible job. I hope that this is the last time I have to move, but if it isn't, you will be my first and only choice.
