I'm very glad I chose Easy Moving and Freight for my local move. Ronnie and Mark did an excellent job. They moved me from my 3rd story apartment and in to my new home. They showed up on time and got to work right away. I had some large, not easy to move items that they handled with care. Three hours later they had me moved in because they worked quickly. Ronnie is very friendly and professional. During the move he made a point to ask me if things were the way I wanted and at the end of the move he asked again just to make sure everything was as needed. They took great care of my items and everything arrived in perfect condition. It was obvious that Ronnie wants to make sure the customer is happy and cares about the quality of work. The pricing is very fair and quality of work is outstanding. I highly recommend Easy Moving and Freight and will hire them again for any moving needs.

I recently used Easy Moving & Freight for a local move. Ronnie, the owner, goes above and beyond to help his clients. He is professional, friendly, accommodating and cares for his customers like they are his family. I had a large move, and not one piece of furniture had so much as a scratch on it, several pieces were family heirlooms. Not a mark on any wall, and his costs are very reasonable, far lower than three other local movers I called. Knowing what I do now, I would be willing to pay more just to have these gentlemen take care of my move. Scott and Craig were also wonderful! Polite, hard-working and genuinely good people.

Ronnie and co. recently helped us move about 3 hours to Northern Kentucky. Ronnie was able to give me a very good estimate of times and a fair quote over the phone without having ever seen my house or all my stuff! He based his estimate off a detailed list that I provided him of the big furniture plus my estimate for number of boxes. He discussed with me at the time that my quote was based on that and if I had left something out or underestimated the number of boxes that he may have to adjust the price to account. I was fine with that as the number of boxes truly was more of a guestimate than estimate at that point. Easy Moving and Freight were able to do the move in one day while other movers wanted at least 2 if not 3 days to do the move. They were only slightly later than they had told me they would be arriving but called well before hand to let me know they were running late. With a move 3+ hours away things happen. They did, however, arrive at the new expected time and were extremely professional and courteous, all wearing company shirts and in a nice looking newer truck. As I said above, the move itself went almost exactly as Ronnie had foretold right down to the number of hours to load and unload. Nothing was broken and they placed all the boxes in the appropriate room when unloading. They even moved a bunch of boxes for us that had mistakenly been put in the garage instead of the basement before leaving. These guys worked hard and remained professional throughout the day. I've had other moving companies in the past where guys show up in a repainted truck from one of the self-moving companies and they complain all day and act completely unprofessional. That definitely wasn't the case here. Ronnie did adjust the price slightly at the end of the day because my estimate on boxes was almost half what it truly ended up being. The adjustment, however, was very reasonable at only around 12-15%. Even after the adjustment Easy Moving still ended up being cheaper than I had expected to pay.

I had a last minute move from Cincinnati to NYC, and Ronnie and Chad did an excellent job! It was hard to find someone who would drive my stuff straight to NYC, but they did it for a reasonable price and with great timing! It's particularly tricky in NYC, with narrow streets and a lot of traffic, but they handled it well. After our experience, they'll be even better at urban (OTR/NYC/etc) moves.
