The only issues I had with my experience with Elite Movers is that they didn't honor the rate I was given. I was given a "cheaper" college student rate, but when the moving crew arrived and assessed the area, the office called to inform me that the rate would go up because the college student rate is usually given because college students don't have as much stuff to move. Apparently I had too much to be considered a college student. Despite their going up on their rate, I still left a 15% tip - because I believe in tipping. I wasn't going to tip 15% because they didn't honor their initial rate, but that is the lowest amount they let customers tip because they don't have their Square App configured to allow customers to add a custom tip amount. And that's the other issue I had with them. Other than that, my experience with Elite Movers was good overall. The moving crew, Jacari, Joseph, and Ty, were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. There's no way I could have made this move without Elite Movers and their crew.

We use this company for virtually all of our jobs, big and small. What I love the most is the personal touch they provide regarding customer service and satisfaction. The movers always have a smile on their face and never mind going the extra mile, and the owner of the company is a local man who does whatever he can to ensure the customer is satisfied with the experience. Moving can be stressful, do yourself a favor and call Elite Campus Movers to take a little off your plate and help get you settled with the least amount of stress possible.

This team was quick, efficient and professional from the moment I asked for an estimate to move in day. The team arrived late on move in day and were extremely apologetic for circumstances entirely out of their control. While packing up my furniture, they were very careful and took care to go over everything with me beforehand. They were honest about the likelihood of two particle board book shelves making it safely through the move and assured me they would do what they could (both made it just fine due to their careful packing!). The workers were very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them! It was a hot day (Sept!) and they moved furniture from a difficult to maneuver townhouse up into a third floor apartment with no complaints. They quickly packed up my house and I was astounded at how fast they were able to get my apartment set up. I would (and already have) recommend their services to anyone who is looking to move and needs assistance.
