Smitty n his team did a great job. never had professional movers before. they put me right at ease, very friendly n courteous. They took good care of my things n had a lot of very heavy furniture to transport. highly recommend these guys. reasonable too.

We discovered Eric's Moving and Storage from a recommendation from a friend who was going through a similar move. We needed a reasonable, trusted team that could pick up our house contents and store it for a few days and then deliver it the after closing on a new house. Like in many large moves with really large furniture, issues are bound to happen and we had a minor issue during the move out of the house we were selling, for this issue we are giving 4 stars instead of 5. We were overall very pleased with the service and quality of the move. It was 100 degree heat wave in July when the movers had to move our stuff (each day it was terribly hot with record temps and humidity), I appreciated the fact that Eric's Moving and Storage sent 6 men to move us out and 4 men to move us in - I have used other companies that don't employ as many workers and the result is that the few workers that work that day end up being almost dead by the end of the job so I thought the way they spread the duties between the guys was really good. Two trucks full of our stuff, hot temps, through it all, the moving guys were very kind and professional. The issue on moving out day was brought to our attention by one of the movers and they took photos and assured us that they would take care of it. To be honest I was kind of flipping out, I had to close on this house in 2 days and here's a problem. Thankfully we worked it out with Chris and he provided paperwork we were able to present at selling day that would assure our buyers that they would resolve the issue. Close day was a success and the issue was resolved by Chris and team within 10 days of close date and we were able to confirm this with the buyers. I am sharing this because I think there are many moving companies you can select for your move but if something goes wrong, you don't know if the moving company will resolve the issue for you and I am telling you that this one will resolve it. Chris was great, many thanks to him and team for working us through a successful close and move.
