Horrible experience, they cancelled on me last minute on the day of the moving! And they were blaming me for it! Not a reliable company, very confusing, many misunderstandings between the manager and the sales guy. DONT trust them for anything unless you want to be left hanging last minute without a mover. Plus, they don’t recognize their own mess ups, they end up blaming the client for their mistakes. I bet they will say that it was my fault pr that I did something wrong, being that I’m the client and I was specifically acting ahead to prevent any issues. Please look for another company if you want some peace of mind.

From the initial phone call to the final payment, this company was a pleasure to work with and did a great job. The crew were very polite and hard working, even to the point of asking if it was ok if they took a 5 minute break at times. I would highly recommend them as your moving company!

Everything was pretty smooth, the packing, the moving, they two movers had great personalities. But when it came down to money, it turned for the worse: 1. On the invoice they double charged on packing materials, I had to get the broker's manager to talk to their manager to get it sorted out. 2. Tips: one mover was very vocal about what he was expecting. One mover asked me what percentage I paid for at restaurants, and when I gave my answer, that's what he was expecting as tip. He even calculated on his calc and showed me the total amount he was expecting. 3. I had to fill out a survey, but while I was doing it, he stared at the paper giving me more pressure than needed. It was uncomfortable.
