We needed some last-minute help unloading our moving truck, and contacted ERO. They had someone at our house less than 20 hours later. Gio and Christian showed up early, worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully, and even went the extra mile to help me assemble a table that our previous movers had taken apart! They were friendly, professional, and hard working. It blew my mind to learn they had given up their promised day off to come help us. Five stars all the way.

Despite having to move during a pandemic, my move from WI to MN was very smooth and speedy. I was moving from a 1 BR without anything too heavy. They responded to a request for a quote quickly. The pricing was based on a time estimate and came in very close to estimate (despite some wind and torrential rain during the 5-hour drive). The movers arrived a few minutes early, they were attentive to directions, and everything arrived intact. At the destination, the movers helped place bulky furniture where requested.

I recently used ERO Moving to assist with my move to a new apartment and was very satisfied with the level of service. Pedro was very quick to respond to my quote request and even agreed to match a competitor's price. Everything was communicated to me very clearly, included a text reminder of the moving date. On the date of the move, the movers arrived within the estimated time frame and completed the move within the hours quoted. They were very polite and worked very hard to get things loaded and unloaded promptly, which I really appreciated. They consistently asked where things should be placed inside the new apartment and offered to help set up items such as bed frames. Very courteous and friendly. My only critique is that they were unable to move certain, more fragile items such as TVs and mirrors, even though these items were included on my original estimate. They did give me an option to put them on the truck but encouraged me to take them personally to ensure they were not damaged. They also offered to help me load them into my vehicle, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend working with ERO if you are moving in the Milwaukee area. Great value and service.

Quick to respond, accommodating, professional, and affordable. ERO came late in the day in order to help me out and get my package out of the rain. Other moving companies quoted much more and tried to sell the need for additional equipment and movers. ERO showed why they come so highly rated. Great work!

Ozzy and Angel were so helpful and easy to work with. They quickly packed up a one bedroom apartment in Milwaukee, made good time getting to my new home in Minneapolis, and efficiently unloaded everything. They set the place up how I wanted and also left labeled boxes in their appropriate places inside. Highly recommend ERO!
