Executive Moving and Storage

Trust the bad reviews, the good ones must be paid! We were told 3-5 days we would have our stuff. It’s now been 2.5 weeks and NOTHING. The offices just do the “I’ll call you back with information” and NOTHING. It’s been a week of us calling and they can’t seem to give any information on our stuff. This is all stuff we NEED. all our kitchen stuff, all our clothes, and my husband’s work stuff, our furniture. I truly regret choosing them. There hasn’t been one night I’m not praying our stuff gets here safely. If you can just find another company, do it. Don’t even try considering this company.

DO NOT BOOK ALL PRO MOVING GROUP LLC OR EITHER EXECUTIVE MOVING AND STORAGE. THEY were supposed to come on Saturday; May 31st charged me a hefty fees and now are not coming. 1. 1st confirmation for Pickup was Saturday May 30th from 4-6pm PST - got a call for reschedule at 4:30 PM. 2. Reschedule to May 31st 3. Reschedule on Sunday May 31st at 2PM PST that the movers will not be available to come and pick my stuff without any concrete reasoning. 4. reschedule to June 1st - ETA - 12- 2 PM PST - they have still not arrived and no one has call me as well if this move will be taking place at all. My lease at the current apartment ends on May 31st and I already had my flight booked for today June 1st at 7 AM which had to be rescheduled due to this. NOW I'm without a place to stay with all this luggage. I'm really being put in a bad spot here and have no clue as to what needs to be done

I have to say the Executive team have been awesome during this stressful move. I’d recommend using them for any local or long distance move . Friendly driver and helpers along with office staff. I’ll be using Executive again when I move! Thank you.
