Don't use this company! I was sold a promise by All Pro Moving out of Florida. Promised 3 day delivery from AZ to CO. Bid was low. 2 days before move the bid doubled. Sales tactic. Day of move, picked up and loaded only to discover that they are not going to deliver to CO. My items are going to a warehouse in Las Vegas. After the truck was loaded, asked to sign documents and was told they are not the driver when I tried to give them the payment. Document I had to sign (after truck loaded) states they have up to 30 days to deliver. Well 2 days shy of 7 weeks, I finally got my delivery. Many items busted. Large 9foot mirror broken, couch legs busted off, boxes torn all to pieces. Custom lamp shade and lamp busted. The manager named Oz promised to personally take care of my situation and would credit me. I was then outsourced to a 3rd party to file a claim electronically. No phones available by the way. Today, April 13th I was offered a $93.00 credit for damages. I have over $2,000 in damages. I disputed the $93.00 claim. Left Oz a message. I expect more. Breach of Contract. It was over 90 days. Michael Garcia is the ATTY. Next step. All Pro is nothing but a sales crew that will promise anything. It is then handed off to trucking companies to pick up your items. Whatever you do....... do not use either company.
Moved my grandparents belongings - were several hours past scheduled arrival to unpack. When unpacking they dropped and mishandled boxes- very rough physical delivery into house. Most boxes were not labeled. Upon opening boxes and containers-Items were tossed carelessly into boxes. Driver and partner requested to stay the night on my grandparents lawn as they were tired from unpacking and driving. I told them they needed to find a truck stop elsewhere as my grandmother was living alone. Furniture, glassware, heirlooms, etc were found destroyed with photographic proof. The original signed estimate for the move was $11,000—once the deliverers pulled up they demanded an additional $7,000 in CASH to unpack!! I personally showed them the damage on my grandmothers beautiful solid wood furniture and they forwarded me the number to their “claims” department. The total bill for this move was $17,400....in my opinion, this outfit is fraudulent and doesn’t care about your belongings or your money or good business! Stay away! Stay away!
