Absolutely horrible. Stay away!! Sent over lazy workers who didn’t even walk out boxes i had ready to move into their own truck. Even after being told what needed to be moved they purposely left more boxes and items that could have easily been placed in the truck for delivery. I was quoted one price then all of the sudden I’m also paying for plastic wrap and gas to and from as well as some weird tax and they rounded the end time to the next hour when they were finished 35 min prior. I will never have any business dealings with this company and will never recommend this company to anyone. If they were friendly and not looking so skeptical and in a rush i might have been easier on them but it was a fn disaster as i had to go back and pick up what they left even after payment.

Very bad experience. We booked our job a week in advance for packers and movers as a friend has used All My Sons and recommended them highly. I was told I would be called the day before and given a time when they would show up to start. I called them the day before and was told that the crew had a "small job" prior to our move. This was the first time I found out that there was another job scheduled prior to ours. On the day of our move, I was called at 11:30 AM and was told that they were not sure what time the movers would be arriving. I was then told our move was scheduled as a "partial pack". As I was not asked questions in the initial phone call regarding our packing needs, just about the size of our apartment, I am not sure why we were listed as a partial rather than full pack. I was told the job would be changed to a full pack, but that they had no idea what time the movers would finish the job they were at first. My husband called to try to get more concrete details, but they were unable to provide those and told him we had changed our job from a partial to full pack at the last minute. They recommended that he try to find another company to help us that same day (an impossible request at midday with even the most reputable of companies). I was then called an hour later at 1 PM and was told that the movers were still not done at their first location, that they did not think they would be available until 5 PM, and they then asked if we would be willing to change to the next day. They did offer to provide an additional helper at a reduced cost, but at this point, we felt that it was hard to trust that they would arrive at all or complete the job as promised, as what they previously told us was a "small job" had turned into a full day of work, and after finding another company who could assist us the next day, we canceled the job entirely. It was ultimately the most frustrating moving experience I have had. We had scheduled child care for our newborn and care for our dogs elsewhere to try to make things as smooth as possible for a team that could not deliver on even showing up on the scheduled day. Highly caution anyone to avoid booking a move with them. We felt they had no respect for the needs and schedules of their customer. Clearly the priority is to biok as many jobs as possible, deliver on what they can, and leave the leftover customers scrambling.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The estimate I was given on the phone was 3-4 hours at around $500. It took 3 guys over 8 hours to move my small 2 bedroom apartment. They took 20-30 minute smoke breaks everytime they took a few items out. The bill ended up being over $1,300! And the worst part is one of them stole $300 from my mother's dresser. She was saving it to help me pay for the move. And now we can't afford appliances. At least the customer service was good. Nicest bunch of guys that ever robbed me. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. It really affected my trust in people and companies. If you must use a moving service; use someone else.
