For the second time in 15 years, I had the pleasure of working with the team at Fairfax Transfer. From Lisa for the scheduling to Daniel who handled the move, everyone was kind, courteous and professional. 15 years ago, Fairfax Transfer packed up and moved my grandparents home and now after their passing, they were instrumental in assisting me with the emptying of their home. Daniel even handled my weepy emotions like a pro. The furniture was wrapped and moved as it if it were priceless and I can't say how much I appreciate their efforts. Thank you again.

Awful. I tried getting information from them multiple times and was always told to talk to Lisa. Whenever I got in touch with Lisa, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. All I was asking for was information about a delivery, just to see if it was received by the customer, and I was told that I was not supposed to be speaking to them. They banned me for asking them to do their job. I never leave reviews like this but I don't want anyone to have to go through the headache of working with this company.

I cannot say enough good things about Fairfax Transfer. From my first phone call to get a price quote to the day of the move they were professional, patient, and best of all...efficient. Communication was always clear and direct and there were no hidden costs. They treated our furniture with extreme care and took care of everything. They were even nice to our rambunctious, playful 3 year old son who needed to see exactly what they were doing at all times. :) We will not hesitate to use Fairfax Transfer again and feel relieved to know of and trust such a fair business for our next move.
