Wow I called to get an estimate and received a long patronizing statement about how they don’t make mistakes. As it was they seemed very disinterested in getting my information. Surprised this is what customer service looks like at this company.

Fairfax Transfer was wonderful throughout my entire delivery service, despite an initial hiccup not stemming from their end. They were easy to reach when I needed to call (someone answered the phone within 30 seconds each time I called) and they were understanding when there was a delivery issue the first attempt they made, as my apartment complex did make delivery difficult the first time around. My mattress was set up for me, which was very helpful as it would have been difficult for me to do alone, and the delivery staff was very courteous and prompt. If you are having something delivered by Fairfax Transfer or considering using their services, I definitely recommend them.
