Had a bad experience with the guys who turned up at my place on the moving day. Had given a 1 star rating. However, after posting my original review the owner, Dimitri, reached out to me and listened to my entire experience. He showed empathy took the necessary corrective action and also offered my a small amount of refund of the overall moving costs. He did manage to recover from a serious service failure. I’d recommended that if you are going to book with Falcon, do speak to Dimitri directly.

They are good , kevin and Dimitry came on time and did really good job and done everything quick. No complaints nice team!!

I contacted Dmitry regarding my move and he gave me a very reasonable quote after listing my items. On the day of the move Dmitry and Kevin arrived on time and finished the job with great precision and without me having to take any stress. They also charged me less than the initial quote as the moving took less time than anticipated. Team Falcon is excellent and I will certainly contact them again if and when I move again. 5 Stars !
